Tulips on The Table - Spring Tablescape

French inspired spring tablescape

The color purple and the word French kept popping in my mind today.

So this is my French Inspired Spring Tablescape, using what I have on hand.

New Sidewalk DIY Paver Project

weekend diy project, adding a new paver sidewalk

For a weekend project, we spent it installing our sidewalk in the yard using large concrete pavers.

We still have some tweaks to do, plants to add to this area and 2 pavers to re-level, but this is pretty close to being done.

Spring Tulips Blooming in the Garden

Tulips planted in the Garden

Spring tulips in late spring

It's not Spring time until the flowers start to bloom. Last Fall I planted some Tulip bulbs, just to see if I had what it took to get gorgeous blooms.

Guess what popped open just a day ago!

Loving Spring Tablescape

Spring tablescape

It's Spring Tablescape time today. I have been spending as much time as possible running errands and buying sidewalk pavers. (in multiple trips)

So I decided to take a lunch break and do a bright and cheerful Spring table so I can enjoy the short amount of time I am inside.

Backyard diy project cutting up concrete in preparation for a sidewalk

You usually get to see the pretty, when it comes to my blog. The staged home, the tablescapes or my Garden, flowers...the "pretty".

My front porch, all spruced up for guests and the seasonal decor. Well, not today!

Spring Fern & Nest's Tablescape

Spring Tablescape using fresh colors and rustic decor

Setting a pretty and pink tablescape today on the blog, to celebrate the bright orange orb in the sky.

It's been so long since I have seen this bright phenomenon that I had to look up what it's called.

Dry River Creek Bed Ideas to help with Water Run-off

Inspiration Ideas on how to control water runoff and how to create a dry river creek bed.

Kitchen Tour 2016

Kitchen Design Ideas

Home Tour of an updated kitchen with ebony stained cabinetry, an eat-in kitchen table and functional butlers pantry.

I gave my Work area aka the Kitchen a good review and a good cleaning to make sure it was more functional than a place to hold knick knacks.

If this is your first visit to my work horse, most of the cabinets are the original cabinets that were installed when this Ranch home was built in 1965. Upon moving in Hubby and I had out first debate and he won the "they'd look better" with ebony stain" discussion.

Traditional Spring Tablescape

Timeless and Traditional Spring Tablescape @ Rustic-refined.com

Setting a Spring tablescape with no sunlight is like trying to drive a car with no tires.

Can you tell from my statement above that Mother Nature has been having issues again here in Indiana?
