Hi, It's feels a bit abnormal to be doing a tablescape when we have been so engrossed in outdoor diy projects. The new rock we laid for a patio or the new backyard fountain.
But with Summer in full swing here in Indiana, I just couldn't help but break out some dishes and some color.
I kept this table simple and clean. The green color gives it such a fresh look, I just couldn't resist.
After a day of doing chores in the sun, a nice cold crisp salad and some grilled chicken will definitely fit the bill for tonight!
We treated ourselves to a new grill and we are definitely breaking it in!
Once we get every last detail done outside I will concentrate on making a new outdoor dining table.
We cut the legs down to make a nice sized coffee table. I already have several different ideas I am going to have to narrow down.
My poor hubby!
We will see if I can balance my wants with my budget. I have visions of a concrete dining table or something aged like a galvanized metal top that's all dull and with a nice patina.
But we'll see. We still have a new screen door to buy. One step at a time right?
