Farmhouse Tablescape for everyday
Let's have a nice farmhouse sit down dinner shall we? We can eat and enjoy a nice long leisurely meal at the table and make a nice memory. When is the last time you sat for hours and chatted it up with friends around the table?
If it's been awhile, then let's do it right now. The broken clock in my dining room is there because time stands still in here. There is never any rush to just get through it. Dishes, chores and the outside world can wait.
I kept this table casual because it's about the memories. The catching up and laughter we'll share. The sarcasm and the shoulders when needed.
When the sun shines in my dining room, it always makes me feel like everything is going to be ok. No matter what is troubling me, it is always so calming to see the rays of sunshine in this room.
Organizing is still going on around my house. I do it in stages, so it does not overwhelm or clutter my house or my schedule. The best thing about not working outside the home anymore, is I get to try and turn even chores into something fun. I use a slow and easy method or I play music. I take my time, I am no longer being rushed by a tyrant or any insane schedule.
I've got Merlot or some chardonnay if you prefer. So kick your shoes off and let's chat.
