I got  new addition to my dining room.  A cute little DIY project.  I will be totally honest, it's not real wood... its cheap presswood.  But for the price I paid? Who cares. How much do you ask? Less then $150? Yes ...

Guess what I got?? Happy Girl Dance...... New Counter tops! Momax Marble and Granite even installed them during the snow storm! We got about 9 inches of snow yesterday....thanks a lot Phil.  (Doing my impression of Yosemite Sam when he was swearing at Bugs Bunny) ...

Scored at my local thrift store! What do ya think??? Can you see the possibilities? I took a chance that it would work, but for just a few bucks ?I had to!  I know a lot of people may like brass chandeliers. But. I. Am. Not. One. Of. Them. It would have made a expensive candle holder if it didn't work, it'd be real pretty candle holder. But I was hoping it be a nice addition to my dining room, you know, using electricity. I think it turned out pretty good if I do say so myself. My sister and hubby thought I was crazy for buying it at a thrift store. It's difficult getting a pic of it at nite just minutes after hubby has wired and hung it.  But here she is! Insert your favorite concerto music here.
